Learn With Aloha's Wahine (Women's) Hula class danced at the Aloha Festival in Tempe, AZ on March 16th on the Lake Side Stage with Ku'ulei Siva Productions. This was our 2nd year to be a part of this amazing event!

We have taught kids and adult Hula Dancing, Tahitian Dancing, and Ukulele Classes. We form classes based on the amount of people signed up for that particular class and age group, so please sign up below and let us know what you are interested in learning as there are other Polynesian cultures listed on our interest form.
Workshops and performances bring more cultural awareness and unity. Need a business retreat? A school assembly? Party? Janelle and Jonathan Gomez are a married couple, both part Native Hawaiian, and have a Master's in Education. They moved from Hau'ula to Maricopa in 2021. They danced hula with Hui Ho'oulu Aloha and Ring of Fire. Janelle taught Hawaiian Studies ages Prek-3rd grade in Laie. They both love sharing their culture!
Meet Kristi Dudoit, our 'Ukulele Instructor! She moved to Maricopa from Hawaii a few years ago and loved playing 'ukulele with her friends and family on Molokai and Oahu. She has been involved with teaching and sharing music most of her life and is continuing her passion for music in our Arizona community.

The naupaka flower looks like half grows by the sea and half by the mountain due to a legend of forbidden love. When Naupaka is put together as a whole, it is like locals physically separated from their native home, however our aloha spirit and love for our culture remains together with us no matter where we are.
